I thank you so much for coming over this morning. I had no idea that the masons were coming. You the owner of the company stopped your work to inspect the chimney which was about one hour from your store. The knowledge you have is wonderful, but most of all you care. Your visit changed the entire project; you told me what I wanted to know. WHAT PROBLEMS DO YOU SEE, YOUR INSPECTION WHICH YOU DID AT NO COST, WILL INSURE THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY. I have cancer and am working hard to see that all things possible are in working order and will operate as they should. My wife of 43 years will also have a file of companies who will service the items. I did not ask, but will you please add us to a service list to do a yearly inspection of our stoves. Just call to set a date. You and your company are a class act. The mason did not cap the chimney as I can tell. Please feel free to insert the liner when you want. I am at Johns Hopkins every other Monday. Please let me know. Please feel free to share this with your staff and use me for a reference for many years to come, I hope.

We are writing to thank you for the amazing work you did on our fireplace and chimney. When we bought our 1976 contemporary chalet on Bull Run Mountain in 2003 we always knew it had the heart of a log home. However, some of the pieces didn’t quite fit the look. After finding out about your office from Google maps, we decided to visit your store in Purcellville. Not only were we greatly impressed with your customer service, but we were even more impressed with how well your office personnel communicated with us regarding our order. Once on-site, Rusty and Jeff were extremely courteous, kept everything neat and tidy, and completed the work in a quality fashion according to the quoted time-frame. Quite frankly, they busted their collective butts to make sure they did despite the “surprises” our house always throws at us! We will certainly contact you in the future should we need your services and have in fact already referred several homeowners in your direction. Overall, any contractor we work with in the future will have A LOT to live up to. THANKS!

American Chimney has replaced our flu liners after a chimney fire, replaced the top of the chimney due to age, and cleaned our chimney annually. Additionally, we were guided by your staff toward the purchase of a Jotul Woodstove (Oslo) and we absolutely LOVE IT! It burns a beautiful fire, keeps our home well heated, and uses FAR less wood than our old stove
Your advice regarding our chimney and woodstove needs has been on target each time. Thanks for making our home beautiful and safe.
